Key Worker Registration Form

In line with the government’s announcement about key workers, schools have now been provided with a more definitive list of classifications so we are able to begin the process of assessing numbers and planning appropriate provision at school. Parents whose work is critical to the COVID-19 response include those who work in health and social care and in other key sectors outlined below.

Many parents working in these sectors may be able to ensure their child is kept at home and every child who can be safely cared for at home should be.

Full details and definitions can be found on the gov.uk website

If your work is critical to the COVID-19 response, or you work in one of the critical sectors listed below, and you cannot keep your child safe at home then your children will be prioritised for education provision:

  • Health and social care
  • Education and childcare
  • Key public services
  • Local and national government
  • Food and other necessary goods
  • Public safety and national security
  • Transport
  • Utilities, communication and financial services

In the first instance, this will be daily from Monday 23rd March to Friday 3rd April. We are asking all our parents and carers who fall into a key worker category to complete an online form so that our scheduling can be finalised.

Please fill out the form below. We only need the information for those parents/carers who fall in to the category of key worker.
